Student Resource and Assignment Page

At each class session, the instructor will distribute exercise or information sheets. Samples of the homework assignment/s for that week are available on the course download pages ("Resource Downloads Pages" below). After a class session, the instructor will upload what was presented in class (if used, the video, and/or the PowerPoint PDF). The day after the class, an email will be sent to students in a course with direct links to the presentations. Pertinent resources will remain on Resource Downloads pages for two weeks so students who need to review can do so. Click on the link below for your course:

In-depth lecture on the differences between flat and graded tone, and why they are used for creating drawings. Examples of narrow and broad tonal range in drawings are illustrated.

VIDEO: ONE-POINT PERSPECTIVE LECTURE (26:13) (CLICK)
Brief introduction lecture to One-Point Perspective. Examples on how to “look” at a structure and examine the converging perspective lines. Instructor demonstrates how to find vanishing point and horizon line (EL) on photographs. Video should be viewed and studied prior to viewing the One-Point Perspective Exercises video.
