TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRIVATE PAY REGISTRANTS

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once the maximum number of students have registered and paid tuition for a class, we close registration and turn away other candidates for that class. Therefore, our policy is that proper notice of cancellation must be given by email (robert@brekkeart.com) no later than seven (7) days prior to the first week of class. If proper notice is not given and we were not able to enroll another student we previously turned away, no tuition refund will be issued.

If a class is still accepting registrants, and you register after seven (7) days prior to the first week of class, your tuition will not be refunded if you cancel.

DROP OUT & CREDIT POLICY:
At times, students have extenuating circumstances that require the student to drop out of a course during the semester. In this case, the student may apply the tuition credit for the same course the next semester it is offered. Tuition credits are not transferable.
